M/I Homes Breaking Sales Records
The Cincinnati Division office for MI Homes has relocated to Deerfield
Township and reports outstanding sales. Part of the Midwest Region of MI
Homes, the company has some exciting events coming to the new Deerfield
office space that they occupy in the Miller Valentine building. Their
Grand Opening for the New MI HOMES Design Center was held on March 29,
2009.
Susan Hollon, MI Homes Sales Vice-President, says their sales team has
doubled and reports increased sales in the four counties they serve.
When asked to define the secret to their skyrocketing sales, Susan says
it’s simply a great product. MI Homes is LEEDS certified, a prestigious
achievement in the home building industry administered by the US Green
Building Council which designates them as an Energy Star Builder. MI is
one of only six builders in the Greater Cincinnati area market to have
that distinction.
“We build to the standards and beyond,” Hollon said.
Buyers are becoming more green-friendly and choosing environmentally
friendly products when building, Hollon adds. She said that over the
years customers have come to recognize they are energy efficient and use
products that will save them with the long term investment in their
homes.
Hollon said MI has developed a standard of curb appeal with all of their
communities so that they take ownership of the community. MI Homes plans
to develop another six to seven communities in Southwest Ohio.
“We’d love to find another community in Deerfield, because everything
you can imagine to do is right here – the convenience to the interstate
corridor, shopping, and just thirty minutes to downtown Cincinnati.
Deerfield has done a tremendous job with curb appeal and signage and
green space.”
MI Homes is a National Builder currently building in the 10 Markets in
the Florida, Mid Atlantic and Mid west regions of the country.
