Safety Town Comes to
Deerfield Township June 2, 9

– Does your child know how to safely cross the street? Does he know what
to do when confronted by a stranger? These and other important safety
skills will be taught during the weeks of June 2and June 9 during Safety
Town at Deerfield Township Cottell Park. Five and six-year olds are
invited to attend either a morning session from
9 a.m. to
12
noon, or an afternoon session from
1 p.m.
to
4 p.m.
There are two ways to register your child:
stop by the Township Administration office, 4900 Parkway Drive,
Suite
150, between
8 a.m. and
4:30
p.m. Monday through Friday, and complete a registration form; or mail
registration to the same address. No registrations accepted by email or
on the day of the event. Sessions are limited to 25 children, and
Township residents will be given priority registration. Special needs
children must have an attendant present during the session.
