John R. Wahle Receives Lifetime Membership Award
Fiscal Officer Recognized by
Ohio Association for School Business Officials

– An exceptional track record of service excellence merited Deerfield
Township Fiscal Officer John R. Wahle the Lifetime Membership Award to
the Ohio Association for School Business Officials (OASBO). Wahle
accepted the award at a luncheon on April 29 at the Convention Center in
Columbus. The award recognizes outstanding leadership and dedicated
service to the organization.
Wahle has served as
OASBO president, on the Board of Directors for five years, on the State
Auditors Committee, the Accounting Committee and presided over numerous
educational seminars. He started the first
Leadership Academy for Ohio School Business Officials and was
instrumental in hiring two OASBO executive directors. For more
