Fire Chief
Chris Eisele
Chris Eisele was recently
appointed to the rank of Acting Fire Chief at Deerfield Township Fire Rescue. Chris
has been in the fire/rescue service for 15 years, and has been a career
firefighter with the City of Forest Park since 1999. He is a
paramedic, and obtained his licensure from D. Russell Lee Career Center in
1998. He was promoted to Lieutenant in 2002,
and to Captain in 2003.
Chief Eisele holds an Associate Degree in
Fire Service Leadership and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cincinnati State
Technical College. During his career,
Chris has taken several specialty classes and has been on several different
specialty teams. These include serving as a Haz-Mat
Technician with the Greater Cincinnati Hazardous Materials Team, a Rescue
Technician with the Hamilton County U.S.A.R. Team, and a Medical Specialist
with Ohio Task Force One. He serves and is currently affiliated with both
OHTF-1 and Hamilton County U.S.A.R. He has an interest in the Tactical
Medical Programs that are offered with the Butler County Sheriffs Office and
the Loveland-Symmes Fire Department. Chris also
has previous experience as a Correction Officer for Hamilton County
Sheriff’s Office, and he has attended the Tactical Medical Class offered by
the University of Cincinnati and Loveland-Symmes.
In addition to
physical and tactical classes, Chris has also taken leadership classes,
including: Company Officer I, II, and III; Fire Officer I, Leadership I,
II, and III; Leadership by Numbers, Stealth Leadership, and the MCTO classes
offered at the Ohio Fire Academy.
Chris brings to the position of Fire Chief excellent leadership
qualities, extensive knowledge and experience.
