How to Report Damaged Street Signs/Traffic

Street Signs:
Please report faded, damaged or blocked street
signs immediately to the Public Works Department at (513)697-2744. Report
faded, damaged or missing stop signs to the Public Works Department at
(513) 697-2744 or after hours to the Warren County Dispatch Center at 925-2525.
Traffic Signals
Deerfield Township does not maintain traffic
signals in the Township. However, please report problems with traffic signal
bulbs or malfunctions to the Warren County Engineer's Office during business
hours at 925-1364, or after hours call Warren County Dispatch at 925-2525. If
the malfunctioning signal is on US 22 & 3 (Montgomery Road), call the Ohio
Department of Transportation at (513) 932-3030.
Pot Holes
Please help us find and eliminate pot holes
by reporting them during business hours to the Road Department at (513)
697-2744, and after hours to the Warren County Dispatch at 925-2525.
Street Lights
To report burned out or malfunctioning
street lights, contact Cincinnati Gas and Electric Company at the 24-hour
Customer Service Departments at (513) 651-4182, or 1-800-543-5599.
