             MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER:                John Richardson, Chairman opened the meeting. 

ROLL CALL:                         John Richardson, Don de Reynier, and Matthew Evans were present.  

                                               Alternate Leo Massaro Scott Evans, and Robert Giesse were absent.

MOTION                                  John Richardson made motion to continue the Zoning Code Update until December 27, 2004.  There was second by Don de Reynier.

                                               Roll Call - Matt Evans-Yes, Don de Reynier-Yes, John Richardson-Yes

                                               The motion was approved.

7:10 PM                                  ADJOURNMENT       

                                               Motion  by John Richardson to adjourn the meeting.  There was a second by
