CALL TO ORDER:         Robert Giesse, Chairman

 ROLL CALL:                  Scott Evans,  Robert Giesse, and Alternate Leo Massaro were present.

                                       John Richardson, Don de Reynier, and Matthew Evans were absent.

 Robert Giesse called the special meeting to order.  He commented that there was no public in attendance tonight.

                                    Zoning Code Update  

There was a  motion by Scott Evans to continue Zoning Code Update until                                        December 13^th, 2004, @ 7:00 PM.  There was a 2^nd  _by _Leo Massaro.

                                             Roll Call  S. Evans-Yes, Robert Giesse-Yes, Leo Massaor – Yes

                                          The motion was approved.
