Proposed Text Amendments:

 

On Feb. 13 the Board of Trustees passed four (4) Resolutions initiating four (4) amendments to the Deerfield Township Zoning Resolution. The amendments will be heard by the Warren County Regional Planning Commission at their regular meeting on February 28 and by the Deerfield Township Zoning Commission at their regular meeting on March 10. The date for the hearing by the Board of Trustees has not yet been confirmed.

 

The following two links are to the proposed text amendments. These new links include suggestions to the Zoning Commission to clarify the text initiated by the Board of Trustees. These were presented to the Zoning Commission and were made available to the public Monday evening at their meeting:
