All meeting minutes appear on the
website after the following procedure:
First, minutes are transcribed and
then go before the Board to be approved. The Board of Trustees only meets twice
a month, but not all minutes are approved as written in consecutive order. The
Board may make corrections and revisions, or seek legal advice which may delay
approval. Consequently, there may be a time lag of a month or more before
minutes appear on the website. Thank you for your patience.

Deerfield Township Zoning Commission - 2nd Monday of the month at 7
p.m. - Trustee Meeting Room,
4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 180.
Deerfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals - 2nd Thursday of the month
at 6:30 p.m. - Trustee Meeting Room,
4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 180.
