January 23                                    Emergency Meeting                        2006

 Trustee Corey called the meeting to order at 5:20 p.m. Trustee Speidel was present. Trustee Romano was absent with prior notice. Also present were Kristin Spiekerman, the Fiscal Officer and Dan Evers, Administrator.

 Executive Session

A motion by Trustee Speidel and second by Trustee Corey to enter executive session to discuss real estate purchase and pending litigation. Motion carried.

 A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Speidel to return to regular session. Motion carried.

 New Business

A motion by Trustee Speidel and second by Trustee Corey to adopt Resolution Number 2006-11 A Resolution Delegating Authority to Make Declarations of Official Intent and Allocations with Respect to Reimbursements of Temporary Advances Made for Capital Expenditures to be Made From Subsequent Borrowings, Declaring an Emergency and Dispensing with the Second Reading. Motion carried.

 A motion by Trustee Speidel and second by Trustee Corey to approve Purchase Order number 10453. Motion carried.

 A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Speidel to authorize the Township Administrator to execute and present a letter of intent to purchase certain real property in a form substantially as presented to the Board. Motion carried.

 A motion by Trustee Speidel and second by Trustee Corey to authorize the Township Administrator to negotiate and execute a contract to purchase certain real property in a form substantially as presented to the Board. Motion carried.

 A motion by Trustee Speidel and second by Trustee Corey to authorize the Fiscal Officer to issue a warrant in the amount of $500,000.00 for the down payment of purchase of certain real property. Motion carried.

 A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Speidel to adjourn the meeting at 6:20 p.m. Motion carried.
