January 31                             Emergency Meeting                               2006

 Trustee Corey called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Trustee Speidel and Kristin Spiekerman, the Fiscal Officer, were present. Trustee Romano was absent with prior notice.

 A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Speidel to enter executive session to discuss real estate acquisition. Motion carried.

A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Speidel to return to regular session. Motion carried.

A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Speidel to adopt Resolution Number 2006-13 A Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of $2,750,000 of Park Land Acquisition Notes, Deerfield Township, Ohio, Declaring an Emergency and Dispensing with the Second Reading. Motion carried.

A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Speidel to adjourn the meeting at 6:40 p.m. Motion carried.
