Special Meeting

Trustee Romano called the special meeting to order at 4:34 p.m. All members of the Board were present. Also present were Dan Evers, Administrator and Tom Swope, Law Director. The Fiscal Officer, Kristin Spiekerman, was absent with prior notice.

Trustee Corey led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Bond Anticipation Notes – Legislation

A motion by Trustee Romano and second by Trustee Speidel to approve Resolution 2006-67 A Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of $13,494,000 of Various Purpose Notes, Deerfield Township, Ohio. Motion carried unanimously.

A motion by Trustee Romano and second by Trustee Speidel to approve Resolution 2006-68 A Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of $2,422,000 of Various Purpose Renewal Notes, Deerfield Township, Ohio. Motion carried unanimously.

A motion by Trustee Romano and second by Trustee Speidel to approve Resolution 2006-69 A Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of $11,072,000 of Park Land Acquisition Renewal Notes, Deerfield Township, Ohio. Motion carried unanimously.

A motion by Trustee Romano and second by Trustee Corey to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried unanimously.
