Regular Meeting

Trustee Romano called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. All members of the Board were present. Also present was Kristin Spiekerman, the Fiscal Officer and Dan Evers, Administrator.

Trustee Speidel led the Pledge of Allegiance.

A motion by Trustee Romano and second by Trustee Speidel to approve Resolution 2007-_____ A Resolution Authorizing the Fiscal Officer to Issue a Warrant in the Amount of $6,922.35 in Order for the Township to Complete the Previously Authorized Purchase of Certain Real Estate in Loveland Park Subdivision, Dispensing with the Second Reading and Declaring an Emergency. Motion carried unanimously.

There was discussion regarding the 2007 operating budget.

A motion by Trustee Romano and second by Trustee Speidel to adjourn the meeting at 5:30 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
