Trustee Romano called the meeting to order at 1:15 p.m. All members of the Board were present. Also present were Kristin Spiekerman, the Fiscal Officer, Dan Evers, Administrator and Tom Swope, Law Director.
Trustee Speidel led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Fiscal Officer – Kristin Spiekerman
A motion by Trustee Romano and second by Trustee Speidel to approve Resolution 2006-32A A Resolution Directing Payment of Township Expenses, Declaring an Emergency and Dispensing with the Second Reading. Motion carried unanimously.
A motion by Trustee Romano and second by Trustee Corey to approve Purchase Order 10518. Motion carried unanimously.
A motion by Trustee Romano and second by Trustee Speidel to approve Warrants #47976 through 48010. Motion carried unanimously.
Fire Department
Fire Chief Nathan Bromen and Public Education Specialist Curt Frazee presented the proposed Safety Town Project.
A motion by Trustee Romano and second by Trustee Speidel to take a break. Motion carried unanimously.
A motion by Trustee Romano and second by Trustee Speidel to return to session. Motion carried unanimously.
Chief Bromen presented the Light Rescue Staffing.
Administration
Dan Evers presented the proposed Township street banner project.
Dan Evers presented the Ohio Tel-TABOR proposal.

Executive Session
A motion by Trustee Romano and second by Trustee Speidel to enter executive session to discuss personnel. Motion carried unanimously.

Administration
Dan Evers presented staff findings on the sex offender notification report proposal.
