Special Meeting    

Trustee Corey called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. Trustee Speidel was present. Trustee Romano was to be present later in the meeting and Administrator Dan Evers was absent with prior notice. Also present were Kristin Spiekerman, the Fiscal Officer and Peggy Wheeler, Assistant to the Administrator.

A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Speidel to adopt Resolution 2006-50 A Resolution Adopting the 2007 Tax Budget, Dispensing with the Second Reading and Declaring an Emergency.

Trustee Romano entered the meeting at this time.

A discussion was held regarding the budget.

Roll call was taken for the motion on the floor. Motion carried unanimously.

A motion by Trustee Romano and second by Trustee Corey to adjourn the meeting at 5:15 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
