Dan Corey is Trustee on the
Board of Trustees, and brings a long list of credentials
to the position as well as experience in public service.
After Dan earned a bachelor of science in civil
engineering, he worked for a private engineering firm. He joined
the staff of the City of Fairfield in 1999, where his main
emphasis was on roadway and drainage issues. In 2000 Dan became
Assistant Engineer for the Warren County Engineer's Office. In
that position he addressed the county highway system and
modified the Warren County Thoroughfare Plan. He also
had the opportunity to review studies for Mason Montgomery Road
and Wilkens Boulevard as well as several major roads in ten
townships in the county. Dan was appointed to serve on the
Warren County Regional Planning Commission in 2001 where he
worked with diversified members representing cities, villages,
townships and county agencies.
Dan was
elected to the Board of Trustees in November 2005, began his
service in January 2006, was re-elected in 2009, and today is
Trustee.
