At the November 2nd, 2020 meeting, The Deerfield Township Board of Trustees approved the purchase and installation of air filtration systems for the township’s fire stations, public meeting room, and administrative offices. These units are designed to capture airborne particles/contaminants and filter them out in an effort to purify the air and protect the health of staff members and visitors alike. These units will be placed in several areas throughout township buildings to maximize their effect. The funds used for the purchase of these units was from CARES Act dollars allocated to the township.
