Grandin Road Closure Extended & King Avenue to Close

Grandin Road Closure Extended for 2 Weeks

 

Lebanon, Ohio – Hamilton Township and City of South Lebanon, Warren County, Ohio – Grandin Road, between the Peter’s Cartridge Factory Apartments/Cartridge Brewing entrance and Striker Road, will remain closed to through traffic until approximately Friday, June 16th, 2023, weather permitting.  The extension of the closure is to allow for additional time in constructing the remaining roadway improvements on Grandin Road, in connection with the King Avenue Bridge Replacement Project.  Access to the Peter’s Cartridge Factory Apartments and to Cartridge Brewing will be maintained at all times from King Avenue. 

 

The detour for the closure will continue to utilize King Avenue, Columbia Road, Mason-Morrow-Millgrove Road, and SR 48.

 

King Avenue to Close for 6 Months Once Grandin Road Opens

 

Lebanon, Ohio – Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio – King Avenue, between Miami Street and the Peter’s Cartridge Factory Apartments/Cartridge Brewing entrance, will be closed to through traffic, beginning approximately on Friday, June 16th, 2023, for six (6) months, weather permitting.  The King Avenue closure will take place immediately after Grandin Road is open, from the Peter’s Cartridge Factory Apartments/Cartridge Brewing entrance toward SR 48.  The closure is necessary to complete the roadway improvements on King Avenue and perform the demolition of the existing King Avenue Bridge over the Little Miami River, in connection with the King Avenue Bridge Replacement Project.  Access to the Peter’s Cartridge Factory Apartments and to Cartridge Brewing will be maintained at all times from SR 48 to Grandin Road. 

 

The detour for the closure will utilize Columbia Road, Mason-Morrow-Millgrove Road, SR 48, and Grandin Road.
