Kensington Entrance Closure at Fields-Ertel Road

 

Lebanon, Ohio – Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio – Kensington Lane, at the intersection of Fields-Ertel Road, will be closed beginning Thursday, October 23rd, 2025, for two (2) days, weather permitting.  All traffic for the Kensington Subdivision will need to utilize the access at Snider Road.  The closure is to allow the Contractor to continue to construct the north side of the widening of Fields-Ertel Road.  

 

This project is being constructed by the John R. Jurgensen Company for a bid amount of $18,611,588.44.  This project is funded by the Federal Surface Transportation Block Grant, Ohio Public Works Commission, Deerfield Township Trustees, Symmes Township Trustees, Hamilton County Engineer’s Office, and Warren County Engineer’s Office through the Warren County Transportation Improvement District.

 

The detour for Kensington Lane will not be posted but all residents should utilize Deer Run Drive or Homecrest Lane access at Snider Road.
