Legacy Elliot Farm Update

August 17, 2018  |  planning & zoning, warren county

Revised Proposal will be heard at Warren County Regional Planning Commission Executive Committee on August 23rd

Deerfield Township, Ohio - Legacy at Elliott Farm will be going to Warren County Regional Planning Commission (RPC) Executive Committee for a revised preliminary plan on August 23rd at 1:00pm (406 Justice Drive, Lebanon, OH 45036).

The Drees Company has submitted a revised preliminary plan which proposes to reconfigure 51 single-family residential lots and two open space lots in the southern portion of the site, without affecting the prior approved roadway configuration. The new lot layout results in 10 additional single-family lots in this area, bringing the total number of lots within the entire subdivision to 210.

Previously the Warren County RPC approved the four existing cluster box unit (CBU) locations, and denied one proposed future location.

In the revised plan, Drees proposes to construct one additional CBU beside the pool/barn parking lot that will accommodate mail service for all remaining future residents of the subdivision (96 units).

For a copy of the revised plat, please visit the Warren County RPC website at www.co.warren.oh.us/planning/ and/or you may reach RPC staff directly at 513.695.1223 for further details and information pertaining to the revised plat.
