Grunder Landscaping (Case 2023-332) – Major PUD Modification Application Withdrawn

 

Recently, Grunder Landscaping, on behalf of TKSB Properties LLC, requested a Major PUD Modification in order to change the way the property off of Wilkens Boulevard is used. The formal application received by the township for Grunder Landscaping was to construct a landscaping business on the vacant 3.12-acre property zoned General Business Planned Unit Development (G-B PUD).

 

At the Zoning Commission meeting on January 8, 2024, the Deerfield Township Zoning Commission reviewed the proposed Major PUD Modification. At the conclusion of the case hearing, the Zoning Commission voted unanimously (5-0) to recommend the Board of Trustees deny the proposed application as submitted. 

 

The applicant has requested to withdraw the application from the Board of Trustees consideration. Therefore, the public hearing for Grunder Landscaping scheduled for February 6th, 2024 has been removed from the Trustees Meeting Agenda. No public comments or further board discussion will occur on the case.
