Polling Location Changes In Warren County

The following is a press release issued by the Warren County Board of Elections

 

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Lebanon, Ohio - On March 9th the Ohio Secretary of State’s Office issued a Directive mandating that all Residential Senior Citizen Facilities used as polling locations to be relocated due to concerns of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.

 

Warren County uses four senior facilities as polling locations on Election Day. Three of these locations are also used for voting by voters residing outside the facility. We are notifying non-residential nursing home voters by mail that they have been temporary assigned to a new polling location. We have reached out to all these facilities to notify them of the polling location change.

 

Here are the detailed polling changes:

 

  • Quaker Heights in Waynesville- This polling place contains precincts 235 and 239. They will now vote at 1st Baptist Church of Waynesville located at 1009 Lytle Rd. Waynesville.
  • Otterbein Sr Lifestyles in Lebanon- This polling place contains precinct 216. They will now vote at Armco Park -Jones Pavilion located at 1223 N SR 741, Lebanon.
  • Mason Christian Village in Mason- This polling place contains precincts 54 and 108. They will now vote at Christ’s Church located at 5165 Western Row Rd. Mason.
  • Cedar Village in Mason- This polling place contains precinct 55. They will now vote at Christ’s Church located at 5165 Western Row Rd. Mason.

 

All Quaker Heights residents have voted by absentee.

 

Otterbein Sr Lifestyles residents are being offered the opportunity to vote early at their facility on Wednesday March 11th at 9:30 am. The residents who require assistance voting will be notified that if they wish to vote early, they can do so on this day or by mail. Residents could also go to their new temporary location on Election Day.

 

Mason Christian Village residents are being offered the opportunity to vote early at their facility on Friday March 13th at 2:00pm. They will also provide shuttles for their residents to the new temporary location on Election Day.

 

Cedar Village residents are being offered the opportunity to vote early through absentee application. These applications are available through their facility and will be collected and ballots returned by our Board staff.

 

Voters are encouraged to vote early at our office at 520 Justice Dr in Lebanon. The hours still available for Early Voting are:

 

  • March 10-13 8am-7pm
  • March 14 8am-4pm
  • March 15 1pm-5pm
  • March 16 8am-2pm
