Deerfield Township, OH — December 12, 2016 — In light of the resignation of Township Trustee Pete Patterson, effective December 31, 2016, the Board of Trustees of Deerfield Township seek interested citizens to fill his vacated seat until such time as electors can vote for a candidate to serve the remainder of Mr. Patterson’s unexpired term – at the next general election date, November 7, 2017.

Deerfield Township, OH — December 7, 2016 —The Board of Trustees wishes to announce that they will convene a Special Meeting on Friday, December 9, 2016, at 4:30 p.m., at the Township Administrative Offices, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 150, Mason, OH 45040 for the express purposes of: 1. Consider and potentially act upon a collective bargaining agreement between the Township Trustees and IAFF Local 4286, Deerfield Local Firefighters Union; and 2. Authorize pay rate adjustments for part-time firefighter/EMT/Paramedic personnel. This notice, stated purpose, and location are provided herein by requirement of Ohio Revised Code §121.22, The Ohio Public Records Act.

Deerfield Township, OH—December 1, 2016 — Deerfield Township is ecstatic today to release our Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to develop a 110-acre Greenfield site more commonly known as the former Kingswood golf course, 4188 Irwin-Simpson Road.
Public Meeting – WCTID – Regular TID Board Meeting Scheduled for this Friday Dec. 2
Lebanon, Ohio – Due to the holidays, the Warren County Transportation Improvement District (TID) Board is combining both the November and December meeting. This meeting will be held this Friday, December 2, 2016 at 9:00 am and will be the last scheduled board meeting of the year (1st Friday in December in lieu of 4th Friday in November and December).
WESTERN ROW ROAD TO CLOSE FOR ONE WEEK FOR STORM SEWER INSTALLATION
MASON, OH (November 23, 2016) – The Warren County Transportation Improvement District (WCTID) announced today that work will be done on Western Row Road that will require a full closure east of Columbia Road. The exact closure time will be from 9:00 a.m. on Monday, November 28, 2016 to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 2, 2016. All residential driveways east and south of the closure will have access from Socialville-Fosters Road. The closure is to allow for storm sewer installation.
